Project Overview:

Pouring of main and auxiliary chutes: Weld ∮16 anchoring steel bars on the surface of the construction body, cross-weld in horizontal and vertical directions, require firm welding, smooth laying, and cast high-strength ceramic wear-resistant and high-temperature resistant materials on the formwork, with a pouring thickness of 300mm and a planned engineering volume of 25m2 , the specific construction pouring process and baking process are determined and implemented by the manufacturer, and finally settled based on the actual engineering quantity.
Construction requirements
1) First, clean up the remaining ore on the surface of the construction body and in the tank to expose the steel structure of the body.
2) Weld "U"-shaped staggered steel bars on the surface of the construction body, made of stainless steel with a diameter of 16mm, the spacing is controlled at 100-150mm, and the horizontal and vertical directions are crossed and welded. It is required to be fully welded, welded firmly, and laid flat.
3) The thickness of the high-strength ceramic wear-resistant and high-temperature resistant material should meet the requirements of use and Party A’s requirements. The configured ceramic wear-resistant material should be used up within 20 minutes, and it should be struck with a rubber hammer to be firm and firm, with no gaps and cracks on the surface.
4) A forced mixer is used for mixing, and the mixer should be cleaned. When mixing, it is required to mix evenly without the phenomenon of agglomeration. Stir for 3-5 minutes, and add or subtract the amount of binder depending on the dry and wet conditions. During the pouring process, defects such as honeycomb, spalling and holes shall not appear. Once they appear, they should be dealt with and repaired in time.
5) Maintenance and baking:
In the early stage of baking, cover the iron plate or other materials above the casting material to leave a gap for baking, avoid direct contact between the wood and the scale, control the temperature not to be higher than 300 ° C, and bake for 8-10 hours, then remove the covering The surface of the castable is baked, and the baking time is 18-20h, and it can be put into use.
