What is wet spraying?

What types of refractory coatings are available?

It is mainly used for lining of up pipe and down pipe of blast furnace, and it can also be used in preheater of active lime rotary kiln.

 Bauxite-based coatings, aluminum content will be high, high refractory, mainly used in blast furnaces or hot blast furnace lining.

Silicon carbide spray coating, mainly used in the main ditch lining hot metal, this material adhesion rate, bonding strength, corrosion resistance, erosion resistance, good thermal shock resistance.

 Corundum coating can be used in blast furnace. The lining of the furnace body is subjected to mechanical erosion and thermal shock of dusty gas flow, at the same time by the gas alkali metal elements and other elements of chemical erosion, therefore, this part of the material must be high wear resistance, good corrosion resistance corundum spray paint.

 Compared with magnesia-carbon spray paint, magnesia-carbon spray paint has the advantages of corrosion resistance, erosion resistance and long service life.

The wet refractory spraying coating is mainly applied by wet spraying coating, which mainly consists of light-weight spraying coating with light aggregate, perlite, pyrophyllite and Pyrogem as the main raw materials, and plays the role of heat insulation. The heating and cooling time of furnaces can be shortened obviously, the turnover of furnaces can be increased, and the structure of furnaces can be lightened, simplify the steel structure of the furnace body.

Acid-resistant spray paint is mainly composed of sodium silicate and acid-resistant powder, usually used in acid environment of the chimney, flue, reactor lining parts.
