(1) High compressive strength Compared with ordinary products, castable prefabricated blocks have higher compressive strength, which is about 2 times higher.

(4) Save time for masonry, no need for on-site pouring, no need to support and dismantle molds, and no need for construction equipment. It greatly reduces the time of on-site construction procedures, and the quality is stable. It is not limited by on-site construction conditions and human factors, and the supplier provides effective guarantee for production.
(5) Save maintenance and baking time. The supplier has completed all links of pouring, curing, drying and baking in advance at the time of delivery, which saves a lot of time in the curing and baking process and effectively solves the problem of rushing to fire on site. The problem of bursting of the castable material caused by rapid heating is convenient for users to use.
(6) Not limited by ambient temperature Cement kilns in different countries and seasons around the world have a wide range of temperature differences. During on-site construction, the high temperature in some countries can reach 43°C~48°C, while the low temperature in some countries can reach below minus 30°C. The temperature difference from the south to the north in my country is also large, and the construction of castables is limited by the ambient temperature. When the temperature fluctuates excessively, in order to make the construction work normally and ensure the construction quality, appropriate manual control measures must be adopted. Castable precast blocks can be installed in any environment.
(7) It is easy to replace and disassemble. It is very convenient to replace in actual production. If a prefabricated block is damaged, the damaged part can be replaced directly. Just like replacing equipment parts, the replacement can be completed in a very short time, and the desire for instant replacement and instant ignition can be realized.
(8) Longer storage period Unshaped refractories usually have a shorter storage period, only a few months in dry conditions, while prefabricated blocks greatly extend the storage period, which is expected to reach several years.
(9) The performance of unshaped refractory materials with longer service life is greatly affected by on-site construction conditions and human factors. If it is not in place, the strength will be reduced, etc., which will affect the service life. The prefabricated block overcomes the above shortcomings, and the expected life is increased by 2 to 3 times, saving investment, energy saving and environmental protection.
At present, the castables we produce are prefabricated on the dense mouth guard plate in advance, and after being baked at low temperature, they are sent to the site for direct installation and production, and the service life is more than 2 years.
